Walter J. Klages Ph.D.
Since 1968, Dr. Walter Klages, President of The Klages
Group, has worked with a variety of clients providing marketing
intelligence needed to ensure product and service viability and
bottom-line profits tailored and sequenced to meet clients needs.
He has previously served as an independent business
and economic consultant to a variety of corporations in the U.S.,
Canada, and Europe. Over the last twenty years he has been deeply
involved with tourism and public opinion research projects in the
State of Florida and the United States.
Dr. Klages has fifteen years of academic teaching
experience with U.S and Canadian universities. He serves as a consultant
to local, state and federal agencies and is qualified as an economist
and statistician to present expert witness testimony. Over the years,
he has received many honors, including the following:

Claire Evans-Klages, B.A., M.A.
Ms. Evans-Klages is Director of Client Services.
She is in charge of scheduling and time management for the projects.
At The Klages Group, her responsibilities also include the development
and implementation of new software systems as well as she is in
charge of employee relations for the company.
Her academic training as an urban planner developed
into a professional career marketing national engineering and planning
firms. Ms. Evans-Klages is also Vice President and the Sectretary/Treasurer
of The Klages Group.
She has fifteen (15) years of moderating experience
and a very extensive experience in conducting focus groups and in-depth
interviews.
Anne Wittine, B.A.
Ms. Wittine fills the position of the Research
and Project Manager for our company. She also functions as a liaison
between the clients, the clients staff, and The Klages Group and
will supervise research analysises. She earned her B.A. in Mass
communications/Advertising at the University of South Florida.
Her experience lies in developing proprietary marketing
software, the use of statistical software packages (SPSS for Windows,
Quantum, Win- Cross, Visual CE), and the application of statistical
methods and procedures to analyze visitor profiles and gauges market
potential. Ms Wittine is in charge of project management and organization.
She also supervises the preparation and production of client reports
and presentations. Since joining The Klages Group in 1989, she has
been involved with a variety of research projects including image
studies, consumer opinion research, advertising effectiveness testing,
and marketing strategy studies.
